Full Stack Developer (Vibe Coder)
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Vibe Coder) to take ownership of building scalable systems, smart automations, and high-impact internal tools.
This is not just a coding role. It’s a strategic position focused on solving real operational problems, accelerating execution, and turning ideas into shipped products fast.

The Role
You’ll work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to:
- Rapidly prototype new tools and internal systems
- Build scalable web applications
- Integrate APIs and third-party tools
- Automate manual workflows
- Improve operational efficiency with smart engineering
- Leverage AI tools to move faster
- Turn messy ideas into clean execution
This is not a “sit and wait for tickets” role.
This is a “see a problem → solve it → ship it” role.

We care more about capability and speed than rigid stack experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience building production systems
- Strong product intuition
- Ability to work independently without handholding
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Knows how to use AI tools properly
- Loves optimizing systems
