Head of Client Integration Housing Governance - Energy Services London, Hybrid Up to £90K

 

A Head of Client Integration is needed for a leading compliance and energy solutions company who are looking for support to their rapid growth and transformation with the mission to enhance energy efficiency and improve living standards. Working closely with the CIO and senior business and operational stakeholders, you'll play a key role in defining a standardised, scalable, and efficient mobilisation process that delivers real value to clients and improves engagement across the group. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will collaborate with housing management system vendors, senior operations teams, and internal technology squads to create repeatable integration standards, enhance delivery efficiency, and elevate the client onboarding experience. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, analysts, and data specialists to optimise delivery speed, integration quality, and overall client satisfaction.

 

The Head of Client Integration Role:

You'll take full ownership of the client integration and mobilisation lifecycle, setting the strategic approach and ensuring consistent delivery across multiple client organisations and service lines. Acting as the senior point of contact during the mobilisation process, you'll work directly with Housing Associations and internal leadership to ensure integrations are well-understood, clearly documented, and executed smoothly.

 

You'll define best-in-class integration frameworks, reduce technical complexity, and champion process and automation improvements to reduce costs and increase speed to value. You'll also monitor performance metrics and drive continuous enhancement across onboarding, data flows, reporting pipelines, and system configuration standards. Details of this Head of Client Integration Role:

up to £90K + bonus + benefits

Remote working with some travel to Liverpool, Stowmarket & client sites

Reporting into the CIO

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior point of contact for new clients during mobilisation and integration

• Work closely with bid teams to shape integration elements in tenders and proposals

• Define and own standard integration approaches with Housing Management System vendors

• Lead and grow a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and data experts

• Ensure mobilisation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to expectations

• Drive automation, testing efficiencies, and continuous improvement in integration processes

• Establish and track KPIs to measure onboarding success, speed, cost, and client satisfaction

 

Preferred Experience:

• Background in housing, utilities, field services, or asset management

• Familiarity with IFS, Creatio, or similar workflow/service management platforms

• Experience with Housing Management Systems such as Capita, Civica, Orchard, MIS ActiveH

• Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) beneficial

• Understanding of automation and testing frameworks
