We’re looking for experienced Mobile Engineers (Android) to help design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications used by millions of users worldwide.

This is an opportunity to go beyond simply delivering features — you’ll play a key role in shaping products, influencing technical direction, and driving innovation within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Upto £400 per day Inside IR35
2 days a week in office, near Manchester
Initial 3-month contract (possibility of extension)

You’ll join a cross-functional product team working alongside engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver impactful user experiences and scalable technical solutions.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and maintaining high-quality Android applications

• Collaborating closely with product and design teams to shape solutions

• Contributing to technical design, planning, and estimation

• Supporting applications across the full lifecycle (build → release → production)

• Driving modern engineering practices in a remote-first, agile environment

✅ Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin

• Proven experience with Jetpack Compose

• Deep understanding of modern Android architecture patterns and state management

• Experience working on large-scale, production-grade mobile applications

• Strong testing mindset (unit testing, UI testing, automation)

• Experience with CI/CD and modern delivery practices

• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

• Comfortable working closely with product/design to shape user-focused outcomes
