My Trading client is looking for Python Engineers who are looking to step directly into a fast paced environment that moves like a FinTech despite being in the Trading industry. Someone who has experience uploading data to databases using Python and writing using object-oriented programming as well are a massive necessity.

There is no Financial Services industry knowledge needed but it is beneficial.

They are planning to build their own data lake internally and more importantly need someone with strong understanding of how to do this, as well as, build quickly and be able to utilise their knowledge to make differences across the business. Most importantly, they can get budget approved immediately and move quickly on any new features.

With this in mind, this role is not for someone who wants to build applications, but instead someone who wants to actually have an impact on Data Transformation.

It is perfect for:

- Engineers with strong Python exposure and who have a strong exposure to Data

- Gain ownership working in a high-impact role that is focused on making a difference to teams across the whole business on the Data side

- Big bonus for anyone with understanding of the following - Kubernetes/Helm/Azure or AWS/Containerisation/Medallion Architecture

💰 Up to £110k + Bonus + Benefits

🏠 Hybrid 3x a week in London
