Package: £28K – £30K Basic + Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
  • Market mapping and proactively hunting for new business opportunities
  • Working towards monthly revenue and promotion targets
  • Managing the candidate database
  • Developing expertise within the chosen specialism

  • Minimum 2:1 degree
