Package: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

Our client is a high-growth AI recruitment business specialising in placing machine learning engineers and data scientists into Series A–C tech companies across the UK and US. Average fees sit at £18k, with top billers exceeding £300k.

Founded in 2021, they’ve scaled to 25 heads and are tracking for £5m revenue this year.

The role:

Requirements:

• Degree preferred but not essential
• Evidence of drive, resilience and competitiveness
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable in a sales environment
