Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Package: £27,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 earnings: £40,000+)

Founded by top-performing consultants from leading recruitment firms, the business has quickly built a strong client base and has now launched a brand new Manchester office to support its next phase of growth. The Role:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree or experience working in a sales environment
- Strong ambition and drive to succeed
- Excellent time management and work ethic
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- A personality that thrives in a meritocratic and autonomous environment
