Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £26,000 to £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

The role:

• Recruiting SDRs, Account Executives and Sales Leaders into SaaS firms

• Headhunting candidates across software and technology markets

• Managing candidate and client processes end-to-end

• Building relationships with commercial leadership teams
