Package: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £47,000)

Founded in 2014, they work predominantly with hedge funds, private equity firms and asset managers, supporting the build-out of high-performing technology teams across infrastructure, software engineering and transformation. They operate from London and Bristol, alongside offices in New York and Chicago supporting US growth.

The role:
• Recruiting software engineers, infrastructure specialists and change professionals into investment-focused firms
• Conducting market mapping and headhunting within buy-side technology markets
• Managing candidate and client processes from initial outreach through to placement
• Building relationships with technology leaders and investment firms
Requirements:
• Graduate with strong academics and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with interest in technology or finance
