Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 earnings: £40,000)

Our client is a boutique feel specialist technology recruitment agency with a focus on modern and future tech. Focusing on rapidly expanding technology markets including AI, machine learning and data across the UK and US.

Founded by the Managing Director of a world-renowned tech recruitment agency, you would be joining an ambitious start-up team with a wealth of industry experience. They will provide you will the training, support and platform to progress your career and be in control of your own earnings.

The Role:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree
• Ambition and drive
• Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• A personality that thrives on meritocracy and an autonomous environment
