Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £27K - 28K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£40K OTE Year 1)

They partner with enterprise businesses and high-growth technology companies across Europe and the US, supporting large-scale transformation projects and strategic technology hires. The business has built a strong reputation within niche tech markets and offers graduates the opportunity to work in a highly lucrative sector.

The Role:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
