Package: £28,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 earnings: £45,000)

The Role:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
- Recent graduates with a 2:1 or above
- Highly motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills
- A competitive, resilient mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills
