Package: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £45,000)

Since launching, they’ve partnered with Cloud 100 businesses, GenAI firms and VC-backed software companies scaling across the US and Europe. Their focus is on helping Series A to Series D tech businesses hire elite Account Executives, Sales Engineers and GTM leadership talent. Average fees sit around £30k, with a no-threshold commission structure and significant earning potential from day one.

The role:
• Recruiting Account Executives, Sales Engineers and GTM leaders into software companies
• Headhunting candidates across SaaS, AI and Cloud markets
• Managing client and candidate processes from outreach through to placement
• Building relationships with founders and commercial leadership teams
Requirements:
• Graduate with strong communication skills and commercial mindset
