Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £28K - £30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£45K OTE Year 1)

Every one of the Team Leads began their career as graduates just 2–3 years ago, proving that ambition and drive are all you need to thrive there. You’ll be trained directly by the two Founders who are have years of experience and a proven track record of helping graduates succeed.

The Role:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

No previous experience is required – full training is provided. What we’re looking for is potential, drive, and the right mindset:
