Package: £28,000 to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £47,000)

• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish

Requirements

• Graduate or previous experience in a target-driven sales role

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Resilient, ambitious and motivated by uncapped commission and progression
