Graduate Recruitment Consultant

£25,000 - £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission + bonus (Year 1 earnings: £40-45K)

This is an opportunity to join the growing UK team with the ability to travel to their other offices in Zurich and Stellenbosch and work closely with several £1-2 million recruiters who will be responsible for your training and development.

The Role:

• Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates across European markets
• Building and managing candidate relationships
• Supporting senior team members on active mandates
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
• Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries
• Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market

• Degree educated
