Package: £27K-28K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£40K OTE Year 1)

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

• Minimum 2:1 degree or 12 months sales experience
