The Role:

• Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates across European markets
• Building and managing candidate relationships
• Supporting senior team members on active mandates
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
• Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries
• Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market
