Package: £26K-28K basic salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 earnings: £40-50K)

The Role:

As a 360 Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and become an expert in a specialist tech market — placing candidates into hyper-growth tech companies across the US.

Your role will involve:

• Source, qualify and match high-potential candidates using professional networking platforms
• Guide both clients and candidates through the end-to-end hiring process
• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with clear goals
• Business development to bring onboard new clients
