Package: £26,000 to £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

The role:

• Recruiting SDRs, AEs and Sales Leaders into SaaS companies

• Headhunting sales talent from high-performing competitors

• Working directly with founders and hiring managers

• Managing multiple live roles in fast-scaling tech businesses

Requirements:

• Graduate OR 6 to 18 months sales experience

• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness

• Motivated by earnings and progression
