Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £26,000 to £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

• Recruiting SDRs, AEs and Sales Leaders into AI software firms

• Headhunting commercial talent from SaaS competitors

• Managing full recruitment lifecycle

• Building relationships with founders and hiring managers
