£26,000–£28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £45K+ Year 1)

The Role:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build deep expertise within the BioTech & HealthTech space while learning how to run your own specialist market.

You will:

• Partner with innovative US biotech and healthtech companies hiring AI/ML talent
• Build consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and technical specialists
• Source, screen and manage high-calibre candidates through the hiring process
• Become a trusted market expert and thought leader in your niche
• Drive new business opportunities and grow your own client portfolio

About You:

• Degree educated
• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships
• Strong work ethic and ability to work to targets
• Resilience and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment
