Package: £26K-28K Basic + Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

The Role
- Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
- Guiding candidates through the interview process with negotiation at each stage.
- Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads.
- Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Directors and Seniors.
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
- Business development
The Requirements
- Minimum 2:1 degree or 1 years sales experience
- Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
- Financially and success driven
- Great communication skills
- Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
