Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Package: £27K Basic + Uncapped Commission (£40-45K OTE Year 1)

The Role:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree or experience working in B2B/B2C sales
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals
- Competitive, ambitious and motivated by earning potential and progression
