Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Package: £26K - £28K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£40-45K OTE Year 1)

The Role:
- Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates
- Building and managing candidate relationships
- Supporting senior team members on active mandates
- Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
- Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries
- Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market

- Experience working in a commercial setting (telephone based experience desirable)
- Degree educated
