Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales Experience Needed

Package: £28,000 to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £47,000)

The role

• Speaking with clients to understand their hiring needs and win new business

• Headhunting and networking with high-quality candidates

• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement

• Building long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Requirements

• Experience in a target-driven sales environment such as B2B sales, telesales, estate agency, car sales, business development or retail sales

• Competitive with a strong desire to earn uncapped commission

• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships

• Resilient, hardworking and motivated by career progression rather than just another sales job
