Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales Experience Needed
Package: £26,000 to £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

The role
• Building relationships with technology businesses across Europe and North America
• Headhunting highly skilled engineers and technology professionals
• Managing the recruitment process from initial briefing through to offer stage
• Developing into a recognised specialist within one of the fastest-growing technology markets globally
Requirements
• Previous experience in a sales environment such as B2B sales, telesales, estate agency, car sales, recruitment or business development, or a graduate with strong commercial experience
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people and building relationships
• Competitive, resilient and motivated by targets and earning potential
• Looking for a long-term career with clear progression and uncapped commission
