Package: £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 earnings: £40K)

The Role:
- Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates
- Building and managing candidate relationships
- Supporting senior team members on active mandates
- Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
- Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries
- Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market
The Requirements:
- B2B sales or previous phone based experience
- Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in
