Principal Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale technology platforms. The ideal candidate will define architectural strategy, drive technical excellence, guide engineering teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals. The Principal Architect acts as a strategic technology leader across multiple products, platforms, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own enterprise and solution architecture standards. Design scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems. Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and technology roadmaps. Collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders. Drive cloud-native architecture initiatives across AWS/Azure/GCP environments. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools. Ensure system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Mentor architects and senior engineers on design best practices. Establish architectural principles, coding standards, and governance processes. Lead modernization and digital transformation programs. Support pre-sales, client discussions, and technical solutioning where required. Manage technical risks, dependencies, and architecture compliance.
