VisionFR is excited to be working with an expanding Education group to find them a talented UX & CX Web Manager to join their marketing department. This group offers a fresh and contemporary approach to education. This role will lead and deliver the best in class web & CRM platform across all the educational sites. You will be required to optimise the user experience on mobile and future technologies including AI. This will be a fast paced role.
Key Responsibilities of the UX & CX Web Manager
- Identify, scope, build & test and deploy new web and digital initiatives to enhance the new parent and student experience as we showcase our schools to the world.
- Lead & Support the CRM Manager & CRM campaign builder to deliver best in class global CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and drive enrolment growth across all our schools, as well as upselling & cross-selling of our additional services.
- Partner with the marketing Ops Team to identify and test areas where AI can deliver operational efficiencies across the web function.
- Partner with our SEO team to increase the number of organic visitors to our website and more importantly increasing our organic search rankings (first position) therby lowering our cost of acquisition of leads.
- Manage the websitedevelopmentbudgettoensure a positiveROIandafocustoexceedbusinesstargets.
- Maximise the value of contracts secured with 3rd party vendors, ensuring our partners effectively support the objectives.
- In partnership with the IT team, take full responsibility for platform reliability, website uptime, security and GDPR.
Key Requirements of UX and CX Web Manager
- Minimum 5+ years proven experience in web development, UX, CRO, SEO & Digital Product Development ideally in a multi-national marketing environment.
- Managed a team of 3+ people.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics as a CRM platform is advantageous.
- Highly competent across key analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe. This includes understanding the primary metrics and identifying the value of every optimisation to improve the overall CVR and ROI
- Experience in utilising tools such as Hotjar, GA and Google Optimize to analyse and improve digital content, journeys and campaigns through regular testing to improve performance and engagement.
- Strong familiarity with backend web functionality including hosting, domains, DNS management and Site Reliability frameworks and management.
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of user centred design methodologies (IA, wire framing, prototyping, user testing)
- Expert knowledge of A/B and MVT testing
- Hands-on knowledge of managing content, ideally via Drupal 9, including the creation and optimisation of components, webforms and custom blocks
Key Skills and Personal Qualifications of UX and CX Web Manager
- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing online conversions, revenue and leads
- Technical creative, methodical, and passionate about UX and using data to orchestrate improvements across key web KPIs;
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams in a multi-national company;
- Highly analytical with a strong focus on the data and results to drive success
- Strong data visualization skills and ability to effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business.
- Inventive problem solver, highly collaborative, and have a high level of accountability;
- Ability to function strategically as well as tactically
- Defines, tracks and measures KPIs, with ongoing efforts to continuously analyse data, identify trends, and implement optimizations to drive initiatives;
- Provides thought leadership, innovation and process optimization initiatives and adopts industry best practices;
