Our client, a highly successful and internationally recognised business, is looking to appoint a SAP S/4 Hana Finance Integration Lead to play a pivotal role in a major finance transformation programme
.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a critical integration project, acting as the bridge between Finance, Technology and wider business stakeholders during a significant systems and process change initiativ
e.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the finance function is fully prepared for a large-scale systems integration, bringing structure, clarity and leadership to a complex and business-critical program
me.
The
RoleThis is a broad and highly visible position, with responsibility
for:• Leading the finance workstream of a major systems integration progr
amme• Managing project plans, timelines, risks and key delivera
bles• Reviewing and documenting existing finance processes and workf
lows• Identifying process improvements, control enhancements and integration r
isks• Coordinating data migration, testing, training and go-live activi
ties• Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Operat
ions• Driving change management and supporting colleagues through new ways of wor
king• Ensuring business continuity throughout the transition pe
riod• Providing regular updates and recommendations to senior stakehol
ders

skills• A solid understanding of core finance processes, including reporting, procure-to-pay, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial co
ntrols• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
skills• The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving envir
onment• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and influence where re
quired
Previous exposure to finance systems implementations, process redesign, integrations or large-scale change programmes would be highly advant
ageous.
