About The Role Team – Vitality Programme Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in either the Vitality Bournemouth or Stockport Offices. Full time, 35 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working! Top 3 skills needed for this role:
- SQL proficiency
- Python Proficiency
- Working with and summarising large datasets for reports
- Maintain a set of reporting dashboards and evolve these over time
- Perform data analyses on UK and partner market data and perform ad-hoc analysis of high quality, within tight timescales
- Understand and support UK and partner market data requirements
- Participate in organisation-wide activities to build data assets
- Ensure flow and storage of data is relevant to ongoing analytics
- Undertake data analysis to understand and solve global Vitality engagement issues
- Augment other data analytics efforts related to Vitality outside of global partner markets
- Work in a team context to design, test and implement initiatives related to data engineering and data quality
- Computer Science, Informatics or Data Science degree/diploma or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience (data analytics), ideally in similar environments (financial services)
- SQL (intermediate)
- Power BI (intermediate) or similar experience
- Data Engineering in complex environments, including on platforms like Databricks
- Excel (intermediate)
- Data Warehousing
- Data Quality Management
