About The Role Team – Prospect, Direct & Life Adviser Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in any of the Vitality offices (Bournemouth, London or Stockport). Full time hours We are happy to discuss flexible working! Top 3 skills needed for this role:

- Strategic Leadership - Oversee all initiatives (epics, features, stories, and projects) from inception to delivery. Articulate strategic requirements, define concepts for new ideas, prioritize demand, manage delivery backlogs, allocate resources, and control budgets.
- Product and Engineering Leadership - Manage product and engineering execution teams to deliver on strategic change initiatives that drive significant business value. Ensure effective design and delivery of innovative products and exceptional customer experiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Engage and cooperate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Technology Ownership - Own the enabling technology stack, take full accountability for outcomes, and partner with an IT Application Director to deliver world-class technology solutions.
- Agile Practices - Manage teams and squads in line with SAFe Agile practice
- Collaboration - Work closely with other teams and stakeholders across the organization to gather input on design initiatives.
- Established Executive Profile - Possess a strong reputation and profile, with the gravitas and presence to champion the strategic priorities of the business.
- Customer Experience Intuition - Have a strong feel for what constitutes a brilliant customer experience and be obsessed with enhancing the customer journey.

- Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 15+ years in R&D, product management, portfolio change, operations, or continuous improvement.
- Knowledge - Working knowledge of the SAFe Agile methodology would be highly beneficial.
