Finance Systems Analyst
About The Role Team – Finance Systems & Data Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working! Top 3 skills needed for this role:

- Responsible for creating task breakdowns & planning sprints with assigned Developers
- Maintain project governance deliverables for changes
- Check Finance Systems 3rd party invoices
- Responsible for documenting requirements for changes to assigned Finance Systems
- Support Developers to ensure that changes to assigned Finance Systems are delivered on time and meet requirements
- Perform Unit Testing on new features on assigned systems to ensure they meet requirements
- Coordinate User Testing activity, including documenting test scripts
- Plan & Execute Go Lives with Key Stakeholders
- Provide 1st line support on assigned Finance Systems
- Work with Key Stakeholders to find opportunities to improve existing processes
- Run BAU tasks & MI reports for assigned Finance Systems or Teams
- Perform User Management tasks on Finance Systems
- Advanced knowledge of Finance Systems (e.g. SmartSuite | iCompare | S2P)
- High level of Technology Literacy
- Proficient in Project Management & DevOps Systems (e.g. JIRA | Confluence | QTest | MS Project)
- Solid understanding of Finance Processes
- Working knowledge of Vitality Systems (e.g. HEAL2 | SAM | Papillion | CMAIR)
- Exceptional organisation skills
