About The Role Team – Member Active Engagement Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in any of our Vitality Offices; Bournemouth, London or Stockport. Full time hours.We are happy to discuss flexible working! Top 3 skills needed for this role:

What this role is all about: Join our Global Enterprise division, where we design and deliver innovative products and exceptional experiences for members and advisers. As Head of Product, you'll lead product strategy and execution across customer journeys, ensuring seamless, customer-centric experiences aligned with our future operating model.Key Actions

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Translate journey strategies into actionable roadmaps across Advisers, Employers, Members, and more
• Team Leadership: Build and conduct a high-performing product team across value streams
• Performance & Delivery: Define and report on product KPIs, manage backlogs, and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Innovation & Agile Delivery: Drive ideation, support scaled agile rollout, and stay ahead of tech trends
• Coaching & Development: Mentor your team and foster continuous growth

Regulatory Responsibilities You are required to understand and comply with all relevant rules, regulation and legislation applicable to your role.  This means:

• Acting with integrity and due skill, care and diligence at all times
• ensuring that customers are treated fairly at all times
• ensuring that communications via any medium meet the principle of 'clear, fair and not misleading'
• undertaking relevant internally arranged training on systems, processes and regulatory requirements relevant to your role
• identifying and escalating (through your line manager) risks that impact the business, customers or other third parties
• reporting (through your line manager) any issues and/or system/process failures that may impact on service to customers
