- Provide contextualised, actionable customer insights that accelerate commercial growth, inform strategic and operational priorities, and support executive decision-making.
- Handle large volumes of data to uncover trends, patterns, and narratives that drive business performance, using advanced analytics and storytelling techniques.
- Create intuitive dashboards and compelling visual outputs that clearly communicate complex analyses to stakeholders at all levels.
- Uphold high standards for data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all deliverables.
- Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement and lead or contribute to bespoke analytical or research projects that address them.
- Work closely with teams across the business to align analytics with strategic goals and deliver holistic, insight-led recommendations.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Design and evolve reporting tools that continuously monitor key performance indicators and business health.
- Perform deep dives into market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Apply a curious mindset and advanced techniques—including predictive analytics, AI, and statistical modelling—to push the boundaries of insight generation.
- Bring curiosity, energy, and a passion for turning insights into practical, meaningful action to everything you do.
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong analytical skills: working with large data sets, data modelling, data manipulation, and data visualisation (including dashboarding)
- Solving complex client/customer problems through relevant analytical approaches using cutting-edge predictive algorithms/AI
- Turning strategic intent into high-quality deliverables under time constraints
- Synthesizing complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights
- Understanding of business processes and goals to align data analysis with business objectives
- Understanding of customer needs and priorities, using data and insights to improve and develop a truly customer-centric journey
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to diverse audiences
- Be a technical problem solver, playing a strategic role and feeding back insights to the wider team
- Numerically adept in using Excel (or similar) to analyse data
- Effective time management as well as multitasking abilities
- Strong business acumen and problem solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
