- Own the full project lifecycle, from scoping and setup to planning, reporting, governance, stakeholder engagement, and clear communications
- Drive end-to-end delivery within a Scaled Agile framework, ensuring projects meet objectives with speed and precision
- Act as the connector between programme management, related projects, and product teams to eliminate duplication and keep everything aligned
- Create and maintain detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and timelines that keep everyone on track
- Manage dynamic cross-functional meetings to review strategy, tackle operational tasks, and keep momentum strong
- Partner with working groups to monitor progress against milestones, report status updates, and escalate issues promptly, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged
- Deliver impactful updates to senior leaders, including executive-level reporting, steering committee presentations, and timely escalation of critical risks
- Manage vendor relationships and act as the key interface between project sponsors and third-party providers to ensure seamless collaboration
- Define and track performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and maintain the integrity of the overall programme
- Operate flexibly within a shared services model, supporting UK and global initiatives while adapting to diverse delivery contexts and stakeholder needs
- Excellent experience as a Project Manager and a reputation for delivery
- Strong data and analytical skills, necessary to understand & synthesise large quantities of information across complex project
- Experience of managing medium to large cross functional teams
- Demonstrable stakeholder management to Executive level
- Proven communication, influencing and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and ability to embrace the company culture and embed that into day to day interactions
