Key Actions
- Act as a hands-on team lead, supporting day-to-day technical tasks while helping the team stay on track.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve their goals and deliver excellent service.
- Help monitor and improve performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Promote a positive, customer-focused culture within the team.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards.
- Work with other teams to support wider business initiatives.
- Suggest improvements to processes and service delivery.
- Be adaptable as we modernise and improve our IT services.
- Experience working in a busy IT support or technology environment.
- A strong desire to develop leadership skills and take on more responsibility.
- Confidence to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Exposure to Active Directory and domain environments.
- Good technical experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Basic understanding of networking and storage concepts.
- Familiarity with working to SLAs and delivering quality service.
