The Role

You’ll be a key part of Vivanti’s London team - advocating our brand, finding exceptional people, and helping make Vivanti an even better place to work.

It’s a role that blends TA, PC, BizOps and HR. You’ll run end-to-end tech hiring, whilst also supporting initiatives to make our team feel supported, valued, and inspired. What You’ll Be Doing...

Talent Acquisition & Development (40%)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple disciplines
  • Partner with leadership to define workforce needs, role structures, and growth pathways.
  • Maintain and evolve talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs, emphasising diversity and high potential.
  • Leverage analytics to improve talent acquisition strategies and hiring efficiency.
  • Support employer branding initiatives that attract and retain top talent.

People & Culture (30%)

  • Contribute to shaping and evolving company culture in alignment with values and business goals.
  • Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, performance frameworks, and recognition programs.
  • Provide support in employee relations, onboarding, and professional development.
  • Champion initiatives that strengthen inclusion, wellbeing, and belonging across the organisation.

Business Operations (20%)

  • Partner with leadership on organisational planning, operational processes, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation in people and operational systems.
  • Support key business projects (e.g., headcount forecasting, vendor relationships, business reporting).
  • Contribute to shaping scalable frameworks for business operations as the organisation grows.

HR Strategy & Governance (10%)

  • Assist with HR compliance, policy development, and workforce reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations on workforce planning, payroll, and policy alignment.

What You Bring

  • A background in end-to-end tech recruitment (in-house or agency environment).
  • Experience in people operations (onboarding, contract issuing & review, engagement)
  • Knows how to attract and assess talent — ideally in tech, data, or digital industries.
  • Has a genuine interest in people & culture and knows how to keep teams connected and engaged.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
  • Is confident working closely with everyone from junior hires to senior leaders.
  • Loves to inject a bit of energy, humour, and fun into the day-to-day.
