Tester

Are you passionate about making sure software works beautifully and delivers an exceptional user experience? We’re looking for a Software Tester to join our supportive and collaborative Test team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You’ll test new features and updates across our applications, APIs, and platforms — spotting issues, raising bugs, and working closely with our Developers to resolve them.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic environment. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of testing types — including functional, exploratory, regression, usability, accessibility, and performance testing — and be encouraged to pursue professional development and certifications in software testing.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience testing desktop applications, web apps, and APIs
  • Strong understanding of test case writing and execution
  • Familiarity with different testing approaches and when to apply each
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • A genuine curiosity and commitment to learning, both technically and within the business context
  • A proactive attitude — you take ownership but aren’t afraid to ask questions or seek feedback
  • Awareness of data security and the impact of bugs or downtime on users
  • A team player mindset, contributing positively to an inclusive and collaborative culture
  • (Bonus) Experience or interest in test automation tools
Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Execute test plans and test cases using our Test Case Management (TCM) software, recording accurate results
  • Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing across web, desktop, mobile, and API platforms
  • Identify, raise, and track defects, working with Developers to reproduce and resolve issues
  • Help triage customer-reported bugs and UAT feedback, verifying severity and reproducibility
  • Keep test assets and documentation up to date, suggesting improvements where possible
  • Communicate progress and issues clearly with Senior Testers and the Test Manager
  • Participate in team reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing to overall team performance
  • Begin building your understanding of automation testing with support from experienced testers
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure we maintain our reputation for dependability and customer focus
