Compliance Administrator
We are seeking a detail-focused Temporary Compliance Administrator to provide data entry and administrative support within a busy Property Services team. The role is primarily systems and data driven, involving the accurate input and extracting of data from compliance reports, risk assessments and planned maintenance data. Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and capable of working with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and audit-quality records. Strong IT skills are essential, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and data validation, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook and Word.
We are looking for someone who can quickly learn internal systems and processes, follow instructions effectively and work methodically within established procedures. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing shared inboxes, updating databases, producing reports, tracking actions and liaising professionally with colleagues and contractors. Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, housing, property or regulated environment would be advantageous, but the key requirements are strong systems aptitude, data analysis capability, attention to detail, the ability to prioritise workloads and a positive, team-oriented approach. The individual should be confident using Microsoft Teams, able to work independently once trained, and committed to delivering accurate, timely and reliable information.
