About the Role

We are hiring a high‐energy, tech‐savvy Sales Director to lead growth across the UK markets. This is a strategic, hands‐on role directly influencing global GTM execution. You will open doors with mid‐market and enterprise clients, build a strong regional pipeline, and act as a trusted advisor to decision-makers across People, HR, Compliance and L&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UK Sales Strategy

  • Own and execute a scalable, repeatable sales strategy
  • Identify and prioritise high-value enterprise and mid‐market opportunities

Drive Outbound & Inbound

  • Build targeted prospect lists using intelligence tools
  • Create highly personalised outreach that cuts through the noise

Consultative Selling

  • Deliver tailored demos that showcase ROI and impact
  • Develop compelling proposals for senior stakeholders and C‐suite decision-makers

Pipeline Ownership

  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene
  • Produce accurate forecasts and data-driven insights for leadership

Market Presence

  • Represent the company's voice across thought leadership channels
  • Build trusted relationships with industry influencers and partners

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of enterprise learning / HR tech / SaaS sales
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Experience using Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho and sales analytics tools
  • A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
