About the Role
We are hiring a high‐energy, tech‐savvy Sales Director to lead growth across the UK markets. This is a strategic, hands‐on role directly influencing global GTM execution. You will open doors with mid‐market and enterprise clients, build a strong regional pipeline, and act as a trusted advisor to decision-makers across People, HR, Compliance and L&D teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UK Sales Strategy
- Own and execute a scalable, repeatable sales strategy
- Identify and prioritise high-value enterprise and mid‐market opportunities
Drive Outbound & Inbound
- Build targeted prospect lists using intelligence tools
- Create highly personalised outreach that cuts through the noise
Consultative Selling
- Deliver tailored demos that showcase ROI and impact
- Develop compelling proposals for senior stakeholders and C‐suite decision-makers
Pipeline Ownership
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene
- Produce accurate forecasts and data-driven insights for leadership
Market Presence
- Represent the company's voice across thought leadership channels
- Build trusted relationships with industry influencers and partners
What You Bring
- 3+ years of enterprise learning / HR tech / SaaS sales
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Experience using Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho and sales analytics tools
- A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
