Are you an experienced Business Process Manager, CRM Project Manager or Transformation Lead looking to take ownership of a high-impact CRM implementation?

We’re working with a well-established UK organisation embarking on a major transformation project to implement a new CRM system across Sales, Marketing and Service functions.

They’re looking for a senior, hands-on professional to lead process design and support the successful delivery of the system.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead process mapping workshops to capture current and future-state workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements across business processes
  • Translate business requirements into clear deliverables for implementation
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of a new CRM system
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
  • Drive user adoption and ensure alignment with new ways of working

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong experience in CRM implementation or transformation projects
  • Strong background in business process mapping and workshop facilitation
  • Ability to operate across both Business Analysis and Project Management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot or similar)
