Senior Software Engineer

Vivo Talent is working with a business that has huge growth plans for 2026. We're actively working with them to recruit multiple Software Engineers into their team, with strong hands-one experience C# and/or React to help build and evolve their strategic applications. You'll be working on API-driven microservices, modern React UIs and scalable systems that power real customer journeys.
This is a genuine hands-on role with plenty of scope to influence technical decisions, shape how they build software and mentor junior engineers. If you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams and taking ownership of high-impact work, you'll feel right at home.
What you'll do
- Build and evolve C# microservices and API-driven backend services
- Develop modern React user interfaces and end-to-end features
- Troubleshoot across the stack and deliver pragmatic, customer-focused solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions
- Support production systems and help resolve defects and performance issues
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior developers through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing
What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and/or React
- Comfortable working across modern and legacy systems
- A problem-solver who takes ownership and cares about code quality
- Clear communicator who works well in cross-functional teams
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
