Commercial Director
Commercial Director - £95K base / £140K OTE - Remote, UK - Permanent
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Director/CRO to join a growing payments SaaS business, taking complete responsibility for the sales and marketing functions and working as part of the SLT within the organisation.
The business is ready to grow; they have a new product ready to go to market and a clear commercial approach to take more market share in their existing product base. The incumbent Head of Sales having moved within the group, this is a real chance to take a well established team and drive the sales strategy to deliver significant growth over the next couple of years.
You'll need a background in leading sales teams, and a broad commercial focus including marketing, B2B outbound sales, inbound sales and campaigns. You'll have experience in creating strategy to hit sales targets, and in managing performance in a small but effective team. You'll lead a team of 7 and will be a key member of the SLT, working closely with the CPO and COO in particular to see market opportunities and create products to take advantage.
You'll need to have had previous experience in a SaaS environment, and have worked within a regulated/payments business in the past.
