We are seeking a Project Manager to join our client's growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop a new project management function and framework from the ground up. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage complex projects, and quickly feed learnings back into improving processes.

You'll work closely with the agile tech teams and stakeholders across the business, ensuring projects are delivered effectively while contributing to the development of a scalable project management approach. Job Description:

• Lead and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Contribute to the design and ongoing development of the project management framework.

• Collaborate with agile development teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

• Produce clear reports covering project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.

• Present project updates to relevant boards and leadership groups.

• Capture and share lessons learned to support continual process improvement.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology-focused environments.

• Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.

• Prince2 or similar project management qualifications/experience.

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working closely with technical teams.

• Strong technical background to engage effectively with developers and architects.

• Experience working in compliance-driven or regulatory environments.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

• Outcome-focused with strong attention to detail.

• Able to critically challenge practices, processes, ideas, and solutions.

• Experience developing or managing data products.

• Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
