What You’ll Do Join Vodafone as a Senior Transformation Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global Cyber Security Operations. You’ll lead a major transformation program to modernize our security tooling and deliver next-generation capabilities for our Cyber Security Operations Centre (SOC). This is your opportunity to drive innovation through integrated technology platforms, advanced automation, and cutting-edge SOC solutions that protect Vodafone’s assets and customers worldwide. In this role, you’ll take ownership of one of Vodafone’s most critical cyber security initiatives—modernizing SIEM technology, embedding new risk management frameworks, and deploying enhanced automation through SOAR. You’ll work closely with diverse teams across Cyber and Business functions, ensuring alignment and momentum to achieve ambitious goals. Your leadership will inspire collaboration across geographies, guiding technical and business change plans, managing budgets, and delivering outcomes that support Vodafone’s growth strategy. - Proven experience delivering complex technology transformations, ideally in Cyber Security Operations tooling
- Strong knowledge of SOC tooling engineering and operations, with hands-on experience in modernisation programs
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to build trust and navigate across functions and levels with confidence
- Ability to lead and motivate virtual and matrixed teams across global entities, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
- A technical or business degree (or equivalent) and fluency in English
- A track record of driving results in dynamic environments with a focus on delivery and innovation
- Discretionary yearly bonus: 20%
