We are launching an ambitious health tech startup (Voistra), poised to revolutionize healthcare management. Our vision is to create a platform that health practitioners can turn to for utilising state-of-art AI technologies as they unroll.

We are seeking a
Technical Co-Founder/CTO -
A visionary leader and hands-on architect—to take ownership of the entire technology stack, drive product development, and scale the platform to serve millions of users. This is not just a job; it's a partnership to build a company from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Technology & Architecture:
  Define, build, and own the end-to-end technology stack. This includes system architecture, development methodologies, hosting infrastructure, and data integrity.
• Product Roadmap:
  Translate the business vision and user needs into a concrete, executable technical roadmap. Work closely with the CEO.
• Scale and Performance:
  Architect the platform for high availability, performance, and massive scale, ensuring it can reliably handle the data and transaction volume necessary for national/international deployment. Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is essential.
• Security & Compliance:
  Establish robust security protocols and ensure the platform achieves and maintains critical healthcare compliance standards (e.g.,
  HIPAA, GDPR, or NHS Digital standards, Etc
  ).
• Recruitment & Leadership:
  Serve as the founding technical leader. Recruit, mentor, and manage the initial engineering team.
• Hands-On Development:
  Be a pragmatic coder and initial architect, setting the standard for programming quality and velocity.

What You'll Bring

• Deep Technical Acumen:
  Professional experience in software engineering.
• Backend Expertise:
  Expertise in modern backend languages (e.g.,
  Python/Django, , Go, or similar
  ) and experience designing and implementing scalable
  microservices
  or
  service-oriented architectures
  .
• Cloud Infrastructure:
  Proven track record of deploying and managing high-traffic, mission-critical applications on a major cloud platform (
  AWS, Azure, or GCP
  ), including knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Data & AI:
  Experience working with complex data models, APIs, and a strong understanding of how to integrate off the shelf AI solutions into a user-facing product.
• Startup Mindset:
  A self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven by the mission.
• Bonus Points:
  Previous experience building or scaling a product (industry does not matter).

Compensation & Equity

• This is a co-founder role. Initial compensation will be heavily weighted toward a significant
  equity stake
  , reflecting the critical nature of this position. As we secure our seed round, the role will transition to a competitive market salary plus equity.
