Summary
The Technology & Content Operations Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Technology and Content Operations leadership team. The role ensures smooth day‐to‐day running of the department through effective coordination of invoicing, logistics, renewals, and general administration.
Acting as a central point of organisation, the Administrator supports managers and teams by maintaining accurate records, coordinating suppliers and contractors, and enabling efficient planning and delivery of departmental activities. This role is critical in reducing administrative overheads, improving operational efficiency, and allowing technical and operational leaders to focus on delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support Technology & Content Operations management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Raise, track, and reconcile purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain departmental cost tracking and support budget monitoring.
- Support logistics for projects, productions, and operational activities.
- Assist managing renewals for software licences, support contracts, and subscriptions.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal procurement teams.
- Track contract documentation and key dates.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist with onboarding, leavers, and access requests coordination.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes where required.
- Support compliance with internal processes and policies.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for administrative queries across the department.
- Other duties as reasonably required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience handling invoicing, purchase orders, or finance administration.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets and standard office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and proactive approach to problem‐solving.
- Comfortable working with technical and operational teams.
